The reason why there is more or less a similar order to most movie opening title sequences is because some names and positions in the film industry are more important than others, for example the directors and distributors and basically in charge of making and allowing the film to be publicly shown and to gain profit and income from all the hard work. Here are two examples of different openings of movies.
The title of the actor that is most important usually has more screen time than other actors, it is usually on for 3-4 seconds. This also applies to the Film title itself.
