Editing Our Thriller

We have nearly completed our Thriller opening using a few programmes we have learnt about. Including Final Cut, Live Type, Soundtrack Pro and Motion. We used Final Cut to edit all of our clips together and used Soundtrack Pro for sound effects, foley sounds etc.

Motion and Livetype were two programmes we recently learnt about, as they are slightly more complicated to use and are more time consuming to put back into Final Cut. We were advised not to use Livetype and we also experienced problems like crashing. Livetype is a programme where we could experiment with more fonts, designs and effects for text, but wasn't very necessary. We decided to just stick with using Final Cut to add simple but effective fonts.

We also encountered a few problems with Final Cut, as it crashed twice before we could save it, which put us behind schedule.
